Sharepro Securities Holds 2nd AGM, Approves Dividend and Financial Reports for FY 2080/81

Sharepro Securities Pvt. Limited (Broker No. 65) conducted its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2080/81 on 11th Ashwin 2081 at Sampada Garden Hotel, Lazimpat.

The AGM reviewed and approved the annual report and financial statements for FY 2080/81, as presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors, along with the auditor’s report. The meeting also passed the agenda to distribute dividends to shareholders for FY 2080/81 and approved the Board of Directors' allowance for FY 2081/82. An auditor was appointed for FY 2081/82, and their remuneration was finalized.
