26 % bonus shares of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) are now listed in NEPSE. This equates to 5,82,254.40 shares.
The 9th AGM of the company held on 24th Poush, 2078, endorsed the 26% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 120th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 13 had decided to distribute 26% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 22.39 crore the bonus shares amount to Rs. 5.82 crore.
The same bonus shares are now listed. MSLB closed at Rs. 1,270 yesterday.
