Shares of Sarathi Laghubitta and Naya Nepal Laghubitta relisted after merger

After a successful merger, Sarathi Laghubitta and Naya Nepal Laghubitta have already commenced their joint operation from Ashwin 5, 2077.

The operation is being carried out in the name of Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha's (NNLB) trading was halted from Magh 21, 2076 after the microfinance company signed an agreement for merger and acquisition with Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. It is to be noted that Sarathi Laghubitta was not listed in NEPSE.

Now, the 23,53,821 shares of the newly merged company have been listed in NEPSE. Perhaps it will get a new ticker symbol to trade.
