Shiva Shree Hydropower Calls AGM on Ashwin 25; To Discuss Agendas Related 100% Right Shares Issuance

Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited (SSHL) has called its AGM on 25th Ashwin, 2080. The meeting will be held in Yeti Events and Conference Centre, Basundhara, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal years 2075/76, 2076/77, 2077/78 and 2078/79.
2) Endorse all the financial statements including the audit report of 2075/76, 2076/77, 2077/78, and 2078/79.
3) Appoint auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80 and determine their remuneration.
4) Amendment of Articles of Association.
5) Discuss the issuance of right shares in the ratio of 1:1 from the current paid-up capital.
6) Misc.
Ashwin 17 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
