Shivam Cement Limited has appointed Siddhartha Capital Limited to perform as its share registrar for its stocks listed in the NEPSE on Falgun 22, 2075. The agreement regarding the same was signed between Director from Shivam Cement Mr. Rohit Gupta and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Dhruba Timilsina amid a program.
