Shivam Cements convenes its 5th AGM; endorses board’s proposal to provide 24.21% cash dividend to shareholders

Shivam Cements has convened its 5th AGM for the FY 2076-77 on Kartik 24, 2077 under the leadership of its chairperson Mr. Surendra Kumar Goyal.
Apart from endorsing other financial reports for the previous fiscal year, the AGM has also endorsed the board’s proposal to provide a 24.21% cash dividend to the shareholders, as per the media statement.
