Shivam Cement convenes its SGM; agrees to reduce its board size to 6 members

Shivam Cement has convened its SGM under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Surendra Kumar Goyal on Bhadra 10, 2079.
The SGM has unanimously endorsed the board’s proposal to reduce the board size from the existing 7 to 6 board members while has also authorized to convene the AGMs with 51% of the total shareholders present during the event, as per the media statement.
