Shobha Shrestha Appointed as Independent Director of Nepal Investment Mega Bank
Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited has appointed Shobha Shrestha as an independent director following its 618th board meeting on Wednesday. The appointment complies with the Bank and Financial Institution Act, 2073, Section 14.
The bank's board, chaired by Prithvi Bahadur Pande, includes members Prajanya Rajbhandari, Madan Kumar Acharya, Dipankar Shakya Udai, Kabi Kumar Tibrewala, Shalik Ram Belbase, and Shobha Shrestha.
