Shortage of trained human resource in Insurance sector; 40 institutions join force to open Insurance Training Institute

Keeping in view the shortage of trained human resource in the field of insurance following back-to-back opening of new insurance companies in the previous fiscal year, thirty-nine insurance companies as well as Insurance Board have join forces to run an Insurance Training Institute. Chairman of the Insurance Board Mr. Chiranjibi Chapagai inaugurated the newly opened institute amid a program on Sunday.

The training institute has received Director of Insurance Board Mr. Rajuraman Paudel as its chairman whereas Mr. Bhoj Raj Sharma has gone onboard as the CEO. The institute has received the investment of Rs 1 crore and is currently located at the premise of Insurance Board.
