Shree Distillery Limited called its SGM on 11th Ashadh, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Company's Register Office, Babarmahal, Kathmandu, starting at 2:00 PM.

2) To give authority to the Board of Directors to perform all necessary actions for the issuance of ordinary shares (IPO).
