Shree Ganesh Properties & Investment Auctioning 1.24 Lakh Promoter Shares of Himalayan Life Insurance From Today
Shree Ganesh Properties & Investment Private Limited is auctioning the 1,24,833 unit promoter shares of Himalayan Life Insurance Limited (HLI) from today i.e. 1st Poush to 6th Poush, 2080.
1,24,833 unit promoter shares of HLI are being auctioned. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 10,000 units. However, bidders are required to abide by Nepal Insurance Authority's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity. Qualified interested promoter shareholders/general public/institutions are eligible to bid in the auction. Rs. 250 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. Interested investors should submit their bids at the central office of the bank, NIC Asia Capital Limited, located at Thapathali-11, Kathmandu, 4th floor of Trade Tower.
NIC Asia Capital Limited is the auction manager of the issue.
