Shree Investment Finance Company Limited (SIFC) has proposed a 5.05% cash dividend worth Rs. 4.96 for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The 336th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 26 decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 98.16 crores. A 5.05% cash dividend worth slightly over Rs. 4.96 crores has been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
As of writing, SIFC has an LTP of Rs. 355.
