Shreenagar Agritech Industries Calls SGM With Agenda to Discuss IPO

Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited has called its SGM on 2nd Falgun, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Company's Register Office, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 AM.

Among the other agendas, there is an agenda with a proposal to issue an IPO to the general public and to increase the authorized capital, issued capital, and paid-up capital of the company.

Furthermore, there is an agenda that the company is taking steps to pass the requisite amendment in its charter and regulations, aiming to incorporate the augmentation of the authorized capital, issued capital, and paid-up capital and there is also an agenda that as the company's capital structure changes, there is a need to amend the allocation of reserved shares for the general public in line with the articles of association.

Additionally, to approve a proposal for an initial public offering at a premium price, with the intent to authorize the board of directors for the same.
