Shreenagar Agritech Industries Holds 2nd AGM; Approves Public Share Issuance

Shreenagar Agritech Industries Ltd. held its second annual general meeting (AGM) on 30th Mangsir, 2081, in Butwal, Rupandehi. The AGM elected Satish Chand Shrestha, Moushumi Shrestha, Kamal Prasad Nepal, Poshak Raj Paudyal, and Ram Krishna Khatiwada as directors, with Amar Bahadur Thing appointed as an independent director. Satish Chand Shrestha was later elected as chairman in the board meeting.

The AGM approved the company’s annual report and a proposal to issue 10% of its paid-up capital as ordinary shares to the public. Outstanding farmers, cooperatives, and employees were honored for their contributions.

The event was attended by key dignitaries, including Shanta Devi Gyawali, Vice Chairperson of Sudhodan Rural Municipality; Gopal Paudyal, President of Lumbini Province Agricultural Cooperative Association; and Durgesh Man Singh, a shareholder and former ambassador, among others
