Siddhartha Bank “10.75% S.B.L. Debenture 2089” Opening from Ashad 10

Siddhartha Bank Limited will be issuing “10.75% S.B.L. Debenture 2089” from Ashad 10, 2079. The issue for 40 lakh units debenture will conclude on Ashad 14, 2079. If the issue is not subscribed till the early closing date, then this debenture issue can be extended up to Ashad 24, 2079.

Out of the total of 40 lakh units, the commercial bank will be issuing 24 lakh units i.e. 60% for the private placement while the remaining 16 lakh units i.e. 40% of the issue will be for the general public which includes 5% i.e 80,000 units for mutual funds. Interested applicants can place applications for minimum 25 units and a maximum of 1,00,000 units at par value of Rs 1,000.

Kumari Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the debenture issuance.

"10.75% S.B.L. Debenture 2089" has a maturity period of 10 years and will yield 10.75% annual returns to unitholders. As of now, Siddhartha Bank Limited has Rs. 7.66 Arba worth debenture in its portfolio.
