Siddhartha Bank Distributed 4.21% Cash Dividend Directly to Shareholders Bank Account

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has distributed 4.21% cash dividends directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders and has urged them to dematerailize their shares.
The company convened its 22nd AGM for the FY 2079/80 on 5th Mangsir, 2080. The company endorsed an 4.21% cash dividend worth Rs. 59.31 Crores to its shareholders from the paid-up capital. The fund has started to deposit the amount in the respective bank accounts of the unit holders from 5th Mangsir, 2080.
Kartik 21 was the book closure date. Therefore, shareholders who haven't yet dematerialized their shares or haven't updated their bank information in the Demat account are requested to do so in order to receive the dividend.
Also, if eligible investors had taken a loan against the shares of the company before the book closure date should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution in order to receive the dividend.
