Siddhartha Bank to offer 10.75% return for 10 years in its SBL Debenture 2089; issue to be closed on Asar 14 at earliest

Siddhartha Bank has begun floating its Rs 4 Arba 10.75% SBL Debenture 2089 to the general as well as institutional investors.

The bank is offering 16 lakh unit debenture to the general public while 24 lakh unit debenture is set to open via private placement method.

Interested investors can apply from a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 1 lakh unit debenture from all CASBA-approved institutions and meroshare accounts where the issue will be closed on Asar 14 at the earliest and by Asar 24 at the latest, as per the media statement.
