Siddhartha Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of Its Mutual Funds

Siddhartha Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its mutual funds. 13th Bhadra is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of Siddhartha Capital Limited, held on 32nd Shrawan, decided to distribute a 5% cash dividend worth Rs. 7.5 Crores for Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF) and a 6.5% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 7.8 Crores for Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme - 2 (SIGS2) for the fiscal year 2079/80 to its unit holders.

Last Year, SEF announced a 9% cash dividend whereas SIGS2 announced a 10% cash dividend each for FY 2078/79. As of writing, the LTP of SEF is Rs. 8.31 and that of SIGS2 is Rs. 8.68.
