Siddhartha Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 3

Siddhartha Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of the closed-end mutual fund scheme. 23rd Bhadra is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 22nd Bhadra are entitled to the dividend payout.

The meeting of the board of directors of Siddhartha Capital Limited held on Bhadra 2 has decided to distribute a 7% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 5,64,06,000 to the unitholders of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 3 (SIGS3) for the fiscal year 2080/81.

For the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of SIGS3 is reported at Rs. 11.20, while it closed at Rs. 10.13.
