"Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 3 (SIGS3)" Now Listed in NEPSE

8,05,80,000 units of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 3 (SIGS3) have been listed in NEPSE.
"Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 3 (SIGS3)" is a closed-end fund. It has a maturity period of 10 years. The close-ended mutual fund issued 12 crore units worth Rs. 1.2 Arba of which 5% i.e. 60 lakh units were allocated to the fund manager Siddhartha Capital. Therefore, the remaining 10.20 crore units were issued to the general public.
However, the fund has now been resized to 8,05,80,000 crore units due to under-subscription, making the total size of the fund to be Rs. 80.58 Crores.
The Open Price Range is set as Rs.10 for the first transactions. The NAV of the fund for the month of Jestha stands at Rs. 10.15.
