Siddhartha Premier Insurance Unveils Book Closure Date for its 11% Dividend; Calls AGM on Falgun 30

Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited (SPIL) has called its 30th AGM on 30th Falgun, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Lisara Receptions, Bhagwati Bahal, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 a.m. that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse an 11% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 19th Board of Directors meeting on Magh 21 has decided to distribute an 11% cash dividend (including tax). The cash dividend is worth Rs. 30.87 crores. The existing paid-up capital of SPIL is Rs. 2.80 Arba.

The book closure date is on Falgun 11. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
