The Siddhartha Systematic Investment Scheme (SSIS), managed by Siddhartha Capital Limited, has grown significantly since its launch on Ashadh 16, 2078, increasing from Rs. 20 crores to approximately Rs. 98 crores. With recent approval from the Securities Board of Nepal, its size is now expanded to Rs. 1 Arba, with an additional Rs. 50 crore approved.
Previously, a 1.5% exit fee was charged if units were sold within the first three years. This fee has now been revised to apply only to units sold within the first year, allowing unit holders to avoid the exit fee after that period.
As of 2081, SSIS has attracted around 19,000 investors, with a Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit at Rs. 11.30. Units are available for purchase at Siddhartha Capital offices, selected Siddhartha Bank branches, and online.
