Siddhi Hydro Company Partners With Citizens Capital For IPO Management

The signing of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) Issue Management Agreement between Siddhi Hydro Company Limited and Citizens Capital Limited in Kathmandu.

Mr. Santosh Raj Nepal, Managing Director of Siddhi Hydro Company Limited, and Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha, CEO of Citizens Capital Limited, signed the agreement.

According to the agreement, Citizens Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited, will manage the IPO of Siddhi Hydro Company Limited, allowing the issuance of ordinary shares to affected locals and the general public.

Siddhi Hydro Company Limited is developing the "Siddhi Khola Jalbidhyut Ayojana" project in Ilam District, which is a 10 MW project.
