Sikles Hydropower Limited Calls AGM; Proposes 6% Cash Dividend To Its Shareholders

Sikles Hydropower Limited (SIKLES) has called its 19th AGM on 27th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in Aavya Club, Gharipatan, Pokhara, starting from 11 AM that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal years 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal years 2080/81.
4) To Endorse the 6% cash dividend of Rs 5.1 crore (including tax) from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 85 Crores.
Poush 13 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this AGM.
