Sindhu Bikas Bank Calls AGM on Falgun 28; To Discuss Right Shares Related Agenda

Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited (SINDU) has called its 14th and 15th AGM on 28th Falgun, 2081. The meeting will be held in Hotel Mirabel, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk, starting at 11:00 AM.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80 and 2080/81.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the Chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82 and approval of their compensation.
4) To approve the appointment of an independent director Mr. Bharat Bahadur Karki.

Among the other agendas, there is an agenda regarding the issuance of right shares in the ratio of 2:1.
