Sindhu Bikas Bank convenes its 13th AGM; elects new board for upcoming tenure

Sindhu Bikas Bank conducted its 13^th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman on Magh 27, 2079.

Apart from endorsing the regular financial reports, The AGM has elected new board members who are Mr. Rajendra Kumar Shrestha, Ms. Neeva Dangol, and Mr. Dinesh Kumar K.C. from EPF representing the promoter shareholder group, and has also elected Mr Rajendra Kumar Shrestha as the chairman for the upcoming tenure of four years, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has its presence in 5 districts of Bagmati province with 25 branches and 1 limited banking counter, as per the media statement.
