Singati Hydro Energy appoints Mega Capital Market as its share registrar; merchant bank to allot IPO shares to project-affected locals on coming Monday

Singati Hydro Energy has appointed Mega Capital Market to function as its share registrar.
The agreement for the same was signed on Falgun 13, 2077 between Executive Manager of the Hydro company Mr. Ganesh Karki and CEO of the Merchant bank Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha, as per the statement.
Mega Capital Market is currently in a process to allot the recently floated IPO shares of Singati Hydro to the project affected locals on Falgun 17, 2077, as per the media statement.
