S.K. Energy Development Appoints Sanima Capital As Sales And Issue Manager

S.K. Energy Development Ltd. has appointed Sanima Capital Ltd. as the issue and sales manager for the public offering of 20,80,000 shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share, totaling Rs. 20.8 crore.
The agreement was signed by S.K. Energy Development Ltd. Chairman Veer Bahadur Rai and Sanima Capital Ltd. CEO Bhisma Raj Chalise. The company is developing the 7.2 MW Shyam Khola Hydropower Project, utilizing the water flow from Shyam Khola in Shadananda Municipality, Bhojpur district.
