Smart Choice Technologies Limited is auctioning its 2,98,080 units promoter shares of Nepal Clearing House Limited.
The auction will open on 20th Ashwin and will close on 24th Kartik, 2077. Muktinath Capital is appointed as the issue manager for this auction. A total of 2,98,080 units promoter shares will be auctioned. The existing promoters, BFIs, and institutions with government ownership can bid for the auction.
The minimum bid rate is Rs. 350 and the minimum bid quantity is 50,000 shares. Although the highest-bid procedure holds true, existing promoters will be priorities.
Additionally, bids will be opened on an immediate day following the closing, i.e. on Kartik 25.
