Solar Farm Appoints Kumari Capital as Issue Manager to Float 20 Lakh Unit Shares in IPO; 5 MW Solar Power Project in Tanahun Under Operation

Solar Farm, the developer of a 5 MW solar power project in Tanahun district has appointed Kumari Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of 20 lakh unit shares to the project-affected, Nepalese migrant workers and the general public.

The agreement was signed between Mr. Aash Bahadur Gurung, chairman of the power developer, and Acting CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Pushpa Sharma, amid a program, as per the media statement.

The solar power project is currently running a 5 MW solar project at Sutlagandaki gaupalika in Tanahun district, as per the media statement.
