Sonapur Minerals and Oil Limited Successfully Conducted 16th AGM

Sonapur Minerals and Oil Limited (SONA) conducted its 16th annual general meeting on Magh 26, 2080 (Friday) at Hotel Mala Inn Pvt Ltd, Ghorahi, Dang.

During the meeting, the chairman presented the financial report for the fiscal year 2079/80, which included discussions on profits and losses, cash flow, and other financial details. The company also approved the appointment of auditors and determined their remuneration.

The Annual General Meeting also appointed Mr. Ankit Khadka and Rachana Kumari Ojha as representatives of public shareholders to the company's Board of Directors.
