Sreenagar Agritech Industries appoints Nabil Investment Banking as issue manager to float its 13 lakh unit ordinary shares in IPO

Sreenagar Agritech Industries has appointed Nabil Investment Banking as the issue manager for the issuance of its 13 lakh unit ordinary shares to public investors.

The MoU was signed between the CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Manish Narayan Joshi and MD of the company Mr.  Satish Chand Shrestha amid a program, as per the media statement.

The agro-based company that has a long track record is currently engaged in Agri farm and poultry business and mulling to expand with the new meat industry as well as other cold storage facilities in the near future, as per the media statement.
