Srijana Dangal Appointed as Independent Director of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL) has appointed Srijana Dangal as an independent director. With extensive experience in finance, corporate governance, and strategic management, her addition is expected to strengthen the bank’s leadership.

Dangal previously served as the Deputy CEO and Company Secretary of Aakash Capital Limited from September 2020 to July 2024. She was responsible for administrative and legal affairs, strategic planning, financial management, and business expansion.

She also held the position of Company Secretary and Head of the Share Department at Api Power Company Limited from June 2012 to July 2020. Additionally, she has worked as an Investment Advisor at Peoples Investment Company Limited and as a Relationship Manager at International Development Bank Limited.

Dangal’s expertise extends to share and finance management, having led key departments in various institutions, including Makalu Developers Limited and Peoples Investment Company.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Apex College, affiliated with Pokhara University.
