Srijana Finance (SFFIL) Calls AGM; When's the Book Closure Date for Dividend?

Srijana Finance Limited (SFFIL) has called its 20th AGM on Chaitra 14, i.e. March 27. The AGM will be organized in the meeting hall of Chamber of Industries, Biratnagar, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The company has proposed a 14.27% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 237th meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute 13.59% bonus shares and the remaining amount in cash dividend for tax purposes. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 84,78,38,880. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 11,51,95,017 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 57,59,751.

Furthermore, the AGM will also endorse the amendment of the promoter and public shareholding ratio to 52: 48 as per approval by NRB.

The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 01. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Chaitra 01 till the AGM date.
