Standard Chartered Bank to convene 33rd AGM on Mangsir 23, 2076; book closure on Mangsir 9, 2076

The 388^th BOD meeting of Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) has decided that the 33^rd AGM of the bank will be held on Mangsir 23, 2076 (December 9, 2019).

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The bank had also proposed cash dividend of Rs.22.50 per share for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76. This decision will also be endorsed in the AGM.

For this purpose, the books of the bank will remain closed from Mangsir 9, 2076 till the date of the AGM. Investors holding shares of the bank till Mangsir 8, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim the dividend of the bank.
