Star Micro Insurance Calls AGM With an Agenda to Discuss IPO Issuance

Star Micro Insurance Company Limited has called its 1st AGM on 27th Falgun, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Company's Register Office, Durbarmarga, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company
2) Endorse the auditor's report for 2079/80 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) Regarding the election of the Board of Directors.
5) To approve the appointment of the independent directors recommended by the Board of Directors.
6) Regarding the meeting allowance of the Directors.
7) To issue ordinary shares to the general public.
8) Miscellaneous.
