Star Micro Insurance Partners with NIMB Ace Capital for Upcoming IPO

Star Micro Insurance Company Limited has signed an agreement with NIMB Ace Capital Limited to serve as the issue and sales manager for its upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The IPO will offer 2,250,000 shares at NPR 100 each, totaling NPR 225,000,000, which is 30% of the company’s issued capital.

Registered in 2079, Star Micro Insurance received its non-life micro-insurance license in 2080 and provides services across various regions of Nepal. The agreement was signed on Bhadra 9, 2081, by the CEOs of both companies.
