Summit Laghubitta (SMFDB) Calls AGM; Agenda to Discuss FPO Issuance

Summit Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFDB) has called its 12th AGM on 29th Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in Aanbukhaireni Restaurant and Party Palace, Tanahun, starting at 10 am that day.

The 198th meeting of the board members has decided to not distribute any dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

Also, the merger process with Sajilo Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBSL) has been completed and they have commenced their joint operation from Ashwin 06. Thus, in order to adjust the promoter and public shareholding ratio after the merger, the company has decided to issue 6 lakh ordinary shares via a Further Public Offering (FPO). This agenda will discuss the matter.

Furthermore, the AGM will also elect 2 board members representing the general investors and four board members representing the promoters.

The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 17. Thus, investors maintained before that day can also attend the AGM. As of writing, SMFDB has the last trading day's closing at Rs. 1,213.
