Sun Nepal Life Insurance Awarded ISO/IEC 27001: 2022 Certification for Information Security

Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company has received the ISO/IEC 27001: 2022 certification from Amtivo Limited, UK, recognized by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). This certification confirms that the company has properly managed its information security systems in line with international standards.

It also signifies that the company adheres to best practices in the Information Security Management System (ISMS). As the first life insurance company in Nepal to receive this certification, Sun Nepal Life Insurance has implemented risk-based processes and governance systems.

This certification allows the company to assess risks in all processes and develop strategies for risk reduction. Additionally, the company will undergo regular monitoring and periodic tests to ensure the continuous strengthening of its information security system.
