Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (SNLICL) has called its 5th and 6th AGM on 29th Chaitra, 2079. The meeting will be held in Yak and Yeti Hotel, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu, starting at 4:30 PM that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal years 2077/78 and 2078/79.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal years 2078/79 and 2079/80.
4) To amend the Articles of Association.
5) Regarding the change of address of the company's registered office.
The company's Initial Public Offering (IPO) has been added to SEBON's pipeline for approval. The company is seeking to issue IPO shares to the general public at a premium price. The application was sent to SEBON on Falgun 17, 2079.
