Sun Nepal Life Insurance to Issue 1,06,96,320 units Right Shares, Appoints Nepal SBI as Manager

Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has announced it will issue the right shares in the ratio of 1:0.27 i.e. 1,06,96,320 units, each at Rs. 100.

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, a subsidiary of Nepal SBI Bank Limited, has been appointed as the manager for this issuance and sale.

The agreement for this arrangement was signed in a ceremony at Sun Nepal Life Insurance's office in Kathmandu by Mr. Lekhnath Pokhel, Managing Director and CEO of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking, and Mr. Raj Kumar Aryal, CEO of Sun Nepal Life Insurance.
