Sunrise Capital convenes 13th AGM; to facilitate merger with Laxmi Capital

Sunrise Capital convened its 13^th AGM on Ashoj 10, 2080 under the leadership of its chairman.

The AGM has endorsed the proposal of a 30% cash dividend including the financial reports for the fiscal year 2079-80, as per the media statement.

The merchant bank is currently managing three mutual fund schemes that are providing good yield to its investors while also managing the portfolios of 200 different individuals worth Rs 50 crore. In addition, the AGM has also authorized the board to conduct a merger agreement with Laxmi Capital following the merger between two parent institutions, Laxmi Bank and Sunrise Bank, as per the media statement.
