Super Hewa Power Company appoints Laxmi Capital Market as issue manager to float 11.54 lakh unit shares in IPO

Super Hewa Power Company, the current developer of a 6 MW Hydropower project in Sankhuwasabha, has appointed Laxmi Capital Market as the issue manager for the issuance of 11.54 lakh unit shares to the general public.
The agreement was signed between Mr. Harka Bahadur Tamang, chairman of the hydro developer, and CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Rajiv Sapkota amid a program.
