Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) proposes a 5.263% dividend for FY 2080/81.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 8 has proposed a 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 10.50 Crores and 0.263% cash dividend worth Rs. 55,26,316 for the fiscal year 2080/81. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 2.10 Arba.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's upcoming 15th AGM.
As of writing, SMHL has an LTP of Rs. 565.00.
