Supermai Hydropower Limited Proposes 12.63% Dividend; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Supermai Hydropower Limited (SMH) proposes a 12.63% dividend for FY 2080/81.

The 108th meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 17 has proposed a 12.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 50 Crores. 7% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.50 Crores and 5.63% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 2.81 crores have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's upcoming 10th AGM.
