Supermai Hydropower Unveils Book Closure Date for its 12.63% Dividend; Calls AGM on Mangsir 28

Supermai Hydropower Limited (SMH) has called its 10th AGM on 28th Mangsir, 2081. The meeting will be held in Lisara Receptions, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 4 PM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 12.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The 108th meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 17 has proposed a 12.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 50 Crores. 7% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.50 Crores and 5.63% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 2.81 crores have been proposed.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report along with the profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
