Support Laghubitta (SMB) Calls AGM; What are the Agendas?

Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) has called its 6th AGM on Chaitra 20, i.e. April 02. The AGM will be held in Hotel Eastern Palace, Sunsari, starting at 9 am that day.

There is no agenda to endorse the dividend since the company decided to not distribute any for the fiscal year 2076/77. The AGM will elect a board member representing the general public/ investors.

Furthermore, the AGM will also endorse the decision to stop operation from its three branches in province 3 since microfinance companies that are not certified national-level are prohibited from operating in multiple provinces. SMB now has its operation only in Province 01.

The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 06. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Chaitra 06 to Chaitra 20.
