Surya Kunda Hydro Power Company has appointed Prabhu Capital as the issue manager for its upcoming IPO issue.
The agreement was signed between MD of the hydro company Mr. Sukunda Lal Hirachan and CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Asis Gauchan amid a program, as per the media statement.
