Suryodaya Laghubitta announces 45% dividend; Shareholders to receive 42.75% bonus shares

Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBS) has announced 45% dividend for its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the microfinance company will be distributing 42.75% bonus shares worth Rs 3.23 crore and 2.25% cash dividend for tax purpose worth Rs 17.01 lakh. After the adjustment of 42.75% bonus shares, the paid up capital of the microfinance will reach Rs 10.79 crore.
The decision of the microfinance company is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
The company has posted net profit of Rs 1.93 crore in the fourth quarter of the FY 2074/75.
