Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta appoints Kumari Capital as issue manager to float its shares in FPO; to float over 46-thousand-unit shares at par value

Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta has appointed Kumari Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of its 46,729-unit shares at a par value of Rs 100 to the general public through an FPO process.
The agreement was signed between the CEO of microfinance Mr. Moksha Prasad Pangeni and CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Puspa Sharma amid a program, as per the media statement.
The microfinance currently has 192 branches across the nation and serves 1.71 lakh rural household customers, as per the media statement.
